NKY Chamber presents three judge-executives with Community Award for their leadership, service

The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce (NKY Chamber) presented Kenton County Judge/Executive Kris Knochelmann, Boone County Judge/Executive Gary Moore, and Campbell County Judge/Executive Steve Pendery with the NKY Community Award during the NKY Chamber’s annual “Where We Stand” legislative reception.

“In the history of the region, few Judges/Executive have been able to successfully work together as effectively as the three we have today,” said Brent Cooper, NKY Chamber President. “In recognition of their longstanding dedication and service to our region, the NKY Chamber of Commerce is proud to present the NKY Community Award to Judges/Executive Kris Knochelmann, Gary Moore, and Steve Pendery.”

Judges/Executive Knochelmann, Moore, and Pendery have consistently and collectively advocated for transportation and infrastructure dollars, fought for resources to battle the opioid epidemic, and worked in concert to improve economic development conditions.

The NKY Community Award is awarded to exceptional individuals, businesses or organizations that have helped to advance or promote the region. Nominations are open to the community, and awards are presented throughout the year as nominations are received.
