You should look into Jesse A James. He had just been released from the Mental Hospital and should never have been released. He has been battling mental illness for years. The detention centers are not equipped to deal with the Mentally ill. If anything they abuse them by placing them in the hole. Was Jesse even competent to be questioned? You stated the police were called to the Cinema due to his behavior. Well, there’s you first clue. Innocent people are dying everyday due to mental illness, yet this country choices to ignore this fact. It’s not guns it’s mental illness . it’s just easier to make it a party issue instead of a country issue….Just look into Jesse James and you’ll see….he should never have been released from that hospital!!! But he was and now he is in jail and a girl is dead….Not the first time I’m sure!!!
