Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank, an area nonprofit that aims to fill the diaper need gap for families in the local community, will host its 3rd annual Diaper Dash on Saturday, October 13, at Devou Park.

Registration for the race is now open at the website.
The Diaper Dash is a family-friendly event that aims to raise money for Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank, the only diaper bank in the Greater Cincinnati area, while also raising awareness of the reality of diaper need in the Cincinnati community.

Diaper need, defined as the lack of a sufficient supply of diapers to keep a baby clean, dry and healthy, affects more than 16,000 children in the Greater Cincinnati area each month. The funds raised from this event, which will feature both a 5k fun run and multiple kid dashes, will go toward providing free diapers to numerous low-income families in the area.

Kid registrations include a 2018 Diaper Dash t-shirt, participation in a Dash with members of their age group and various other fun activities that are planned in the Kids Fun Zone! Get excited for a bounce house, face painting, an obstacle course, take-home crafts, temporary tattoos, swag bags and more! More information and the registration link can be found at this website.

Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank partners with local social service agencies to provide diapers to low-income families while raising awareness of the basic health need for diapers. Sweet Cheeks’ vision is to eliminate the existence of diaper need in the Cincinnati community so all babies have the chance to be healthy, happy and safe.
