“To succeed, today’s leader must focus on self-development and personal transformation. The podcast is a tool for executives to enhance their leadership skills,” Sipple said. “The podcast directly addresses issues that burden leaders, as well as topics that pique their curiosity and spark inspiration. It’s been enlightening for me as both host and leader.”

On a recent edition Cooper shared the importance of connecting with community citing that a hidden benefit is business growth.

“The Talent Magnet Institute Podcasts are yet another innovative offering from Centennial that will have a big impact on leaders in our region and around the world,” Cooper said.

The Talent Magnet Institute podcast is the start of a new leadership movement that dives deeper than profits and business growth to focus on the personal transformation of leaders.

“Centennial is committed to developing leaders to succeed in relationships, work, community, and life. Listening to episodes of the podcast is the first step in reframing the definition of success,” Sipple said. “Leaders are ultimately tasked with bringing balance to their organization. It’s just as important to bring that balance to their personal lives as well.”

The podcast features in-depth, transparent interviews with global C-suite executives and noteworthy community leaders. To date, podcast themes have touched on strengthening organizational leadership, the value of perspective in leadership, evaluating corporate responsibility in terms of talent and ROI, workforce issues, and how personal and professional decision-making coexist. Guests have addressed topics such as the generational domino-effect of poverty on community, business and family; the importance of “knowing your neighbor,” and how to overcome prejudice and discrimination.

“Listeners will get great value and encouragement from hearing the stories of other leaders,” Sipple said.
