Temple, named both the Great Lakes Region and Presidents’ Athletic Conference Player of the Year this season, was tabbed WBCA honorable mention All-American. A graduate of Anderson High School in Cincinnati, Temple averages 18.1 points and 7.0 rebounds per game.

Temple also recorded her 1,000th career point this season at the Hoop N’ Surf Classic in Hawaii. A week ago during a 72-57 win at Hope (Mich.) College, Temple scored nine of her game-high 25 points in the final quarter as the Saints (30-1) won their 29th consecutive game and earned a trip to the NCAA Division III Final Four.

Thomas More will meet top-ranked Amherst College (31-0) on Friday at the NCAA Division III Final Four at Rochester, Minn. The Saints, who are ranked No. 3 nationally in the NCAA Division III poll, have not lost since a 61-58 setback at Rochester (N.Y.) on Nov. 18.
