“This year’s theme is ‘Architects of Tomorrow,’” said event organizer Mike Sipple, Jr., president, Centennial, Inc. “It focuses on visionary leaders who imagine and build a future that is rich in innovation, collaboration and full of hope. It’s a movement that is changing the way the world thinks about leadership.”

“It’s our job to inspire and train leaders in our community,” said Sipple, His company, along with other noted brands such as Chick-fil-A Northern Kentucky, Commonwealth Bank and Trust, Core Consulting Group, DG Advisors and Gilchrist Group, are sponsoring the NKY event.

“Participating in Leadercast makes me a stronger leader because it reinforces the need to be intentional,” said Chris Painter, Logikor, LLC, president. “I count on this event to summarize the elements of great leadership. It also is a great opportunity to invite key clients and business partners.”

“Chick-fil-A NKY is proud to support Leadercast because we know that strong leaders are the key to a successful business,” said Dustin DiChiara, owner/operator of the Houston Road Chick-fil-A in Florence.

NKY Leadercast Emcee Julie Bauke, CEO of The Bauke Group said, “Your people will refresh, connect, energize — and bring back everything they learn to your workplace. There is an energy and effectiveness of sharing a room with like-minded people all hearing the same content, discussing and expanding it.”

“This is a great way for aspiring leaders to expand their knowledge and exposure to potential local role models and connections,” Bauke said.

“The program will inspire attendees and give them tools to be a leader worth following,” Sipple said. The one-day event is very affordable ranging from $90 for individuals, to $75 dollars each for a table of eight, and $1250 for a sponsorship package which includes eight tickets.

“Our goal is to sell out this year so that both employees and companies take their new knowledge back to work with them,” Sipple said. “This event offers diverse perspectives on leadership from scholars and practitioners across many fields.”

For 16 years, Leadercast has brought people together and equipped them to become better leaders, managers, community members and employees. Here is what people have to say about Leadercast:

“With a constantly impressive lineup of speakers and the on-target themes year-over-year (and at such a value), I consider Leadercast a ‘can’t miss’ event,” Kalpana OOmmen, vice president talent acquisition, Cox Entreprises and a nine-year Leadercast attendee.

“The whole day was interesting from start to finish.  It was valuable to hear from leaders from various fields, as each had different perspectives and experiences.  I was able to learn from leaders whom I otherwise would not have known of because I was unfamiliar with their work,” Katie Booth, Mount Vernon Nazarene University.

“For me, it’s a re-charge.  For one day I can plug-in, focus on me – my impact, obstacles, and growth opportunities.  I love that it is not only a lecture but it’s an immersive experience that keeps me engaged by a multi-sensory approach,” Patrick Williams, marketing director, SunTrust Bank.
