Kenton County offering free monthly clean-ups for residents at Lincoln Ridge Park; here’s the schedule

Kenton County’s Solid Waste Management hosts free monthly clean-ups at Lincoln Ridge Park generally the first Saturday of every month from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The monthly clean-ups are for private Kenton County residents and proof of residency may be required.

Solid Waste Management also hosts a Fall and Spring Clean-Up.

In the case of snow or ice during a clean-up time, the clean-up may be cancelled. The crews responsible for the monthly clean-up are the same crews responsible for snow removal. Please contact Public Works for updates in the case of snow or ice.

Unwanted appliances, trash, tires and other junk is accepted. Car tires are accepted, but after four the fee will be $3.00 per tire.

Lincoln Ridge Park is located at 420 Independence Station Rd., Independence.

Follow the signs as you enter the park and Public Works staff will be there to direct you.

Please bring help to unload.
