Thomas More College offering ‘Students with Autism’ program on making transition to college and beyond


On Tuesday, November 28 at 6 p.m., Thomas More College will hold a program on “Students with Autism; the Transition to College and Beyond.” It is presented by its Institute for Learning Differences.

It will be held in the Science Lecture Hall.

This program will present parents and professions working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, the changes in educational law and regulations, the challenges students on teh spectrum face in college, and the best practices in supporting students as they transition into higher education.

A question and answer session will follow.
