NaviGo, powered by St. Elizabeth Healthcare, will help grow the overall mission of NaviGo programs. NaviGo connects high school students with NaviGo coaches, and has a mission to empower for life beyond high school.

“Our vision of becoming one of the healthiest communities in America involves more than quality medical care,” said Garren Colvin, President and CEO of St. Elizabeth Healthcare. “It starts with providing a healthy, safe and nurturing environment for our youth. This is an investment in the future of our region and we are proud to be a part of it.”

NaviGo, a division of Children Inc., provides college and career coaching services to middle and high school students through both school-based and after-school programs. NaviGo is dedicated to helping all students discover their interests, passions and talents – and find their path to success based on a customized curriculum.

NaviGo coaching occurs in a number of area high schools, and the flagship program, NaviGo Scholars, gives businesses the opportunity to sponsor and guide local high school students in their studies and career paths.

The NaviGo Scholars program was initiated in conjunction with the Northern Kentucky Education Council. As part of its investment, St. Elizabeth will sponsor students interested in a career in healthcare.

“Joining forces with St. Elizabeth Healthcare, an organization that exemplifies what can happen when people’s passions are allowed to flourish, only makes NaviGo/Children Inc.’s mission stronger,” said Tim Hanner, NaviGo Founder and Senior Director. “This partnership allows our students to experience how important it is to not only strive for their best selves, but also give back to the community that helped empower them.”
