After an extensive site location search, Arlinghaus selected the prime location in Erlanger to house its growing workforce. The company purchased property located off of Dixie Highway that was previously occupied by Dollar General and made a significant investment in the complete renovation of building.

“Our team members are faced with challenging issues every day and we wanted to create a comfortable, welcoming and engaging space for them,” said Heather Arlinghaus, owner, Arlinghaus Heating & Air. “From our bright pink walls, to our innovative meeting spaces, our new location provides the perfect setting for our employees.”

The company collected approximately 500 canned goods for a local food pantry during its grand opening and has made a commitment to match that amount.

In addition, Arlinghaus Heating & Air will be donating some gift cards to help provide Thanksgiving meals for those in need.

“We are extremely proud to be a part of the Northern Kentucky community,” said Brian Arlinghaus, president and owner, Arlinghaus Heating & Air. “Our team is dedicated to supporting the communities we serve and we are determined to make a difference!”
