Lucky traveller from Ohio — the 2-millionth — wins free travel for a year from Frontier Airlines

Frontier Airlines (Frontier) thanked their two-millionth CVG passenger, Lori, of Seaman, OH, and her guest, with one year’s worth of travel, and free parking provided by CVG.

The lucky winner was headed to Disney World, and was surprised before boarding a Frontier flight to Orlando, Fl.

“It was just one year ago that we joined our partners at CVG to welcome aboard Frontier’s one-millionth passenger,” said Richard Oliver, Frontier Airlines spokesman. “Thanks to the wonderful support of this community, we’re able to welcome aboard our two-millionth passenger today.”

“Frontier started service on May 17, 2013, and in almost exactly four years they have reached two million passengers,” said Candace McGraw, chief executive officer, CVG. “The success is all due to the community’s positive response to their low-cost options to desired destinations.”

In mid-April, Frontier launched new nonstop service from CVG to New York City via LaGuardia and Minneapolis, and will begin new nonstop service to San Diego this Sunday, May 21. Frontier now operates 93 flights a week to 17 different destinations.
