Historian Paul Tenkotte will be the keynote speaker at the dedication ceremony in Linden Grove Cemetery following Covington’s Memorial Day Parade.
The 96th Memorial Day Service ceremony begins around 3 p.m.
The Reverend Richard Fowler, an Army veteran will offer the opening and closing prayers.
Lt. Col. Steve Smith is the Grand Marshall. Covington Mayor Joseph Meyer will offer an official welcome on behalf of the city.
The Holmes High School Marching Band will play.
