St. Elizabeth Hospice to host Veterans Appreciation Luncheon at Training and Education Center

Americans throughout the country celebrate Veterans Day on November 11, a special day to salute the men and women who have bravely served our country in the military.

st-e-logoThese fellow Americans have made profound sacrifices in defense of freedom and they deserve our heartfelt thanks and appreciation. Honoring our nation’s veterans includes supporting them throughout their entire lives, especially at the end.

As our nation marks Veterans Day on November 11, St. Elizabeth Hospice wants to share its commitment to increase veterans’ access to compassionate, high quality hospice and palliative care for those who are facing serious and life-limiting illness.

As a way to show its appreciation for the nation’s veterans, St. Elizabeth Hospice is sponsoring a Veterans Appreciation Luncheon on November 10, 2016 at 11 a.m.

The luncheon takes place at St. Elizabeth Training and Education Center (SETEC), 3861 Olympic Blvd, Erlanger KY 41018 (formerly the Mets Center). The event will begin at 11 a.m., with welcoming remarks and presentation of colors. A public salute and pinning ceremony will follow with lunch and speakers.

The guest speaker will be Kentucky Lt. Governor Jenean Hampton, as well as multiple organizations that provide resources to our veterans.

Veterans and one (1) family member or caregiver are invited to partake in this event.

Provide RSVP for each attendee: by phone (859) 486-807 or by email to emily.cahill@stelizabeth.com or at www.stelizabeth.com/hospice.
