CAST (Commonwealth Artists Student Theatre), a youth theatre company based in Northern Kentucky, is wrapping up its first 2-show summer season featuring over 100 area high school students representing 24 different schools.
Dates and details are:
“SHREK THE MUSICAL” – based on the immensely popular film series, all the favorites will be on the Highlands High School stage: Shrek, Fiona, Donkey, and the rest. A technical challenge that is executed exclusively by students under the watchful eye of theatre professionals.
The director is Jason Burgess, theatre director at Highlands High School and artistic director of CAST. Shrek runs this Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m.
