Police looking for man who robbed Fifth Third Bank at Kroger Marketplace on US 42 in Union Sunday

Police are looking for a man who robbed the Fifth Third Bank, located in the Kroger Marketplace on US 42 in Union Sunday.

The robber is described as a white male, 25-35 years old, tall (5’11-6’1”), thin build wearing a “Reds” ball cap, black glasses, green T-shirt, blue shorts, white socks and work boots.  He is believed to have an accomplice who drove the getaway vehicle shown below

The Boone County Sheriff’s office issued the following release and surveillance photos  regarding the incident:

On Sunday, June 24, 2018 at approximately 11:45 a.m. a man robbed the Fifth Third Bank located in the Kroger Marketplace at 9001 US Highway 42 in Union, Kentucky by presenting a note to the teller  indicating this is a robbery, give me all your money, and no die packs.

The robber is described as a white male, 25-35 years old, tall (5’11-6’1”), thin build wearing a “Reds” ball cap, black glasses, green T-shirt, blue shorts, white socks and work boots.  He had an accomplice (getaway driver) who drove what appears to be a late model Honda Civic 4 door, grey in color.

Anyone with information as to the identity of the robber or the driver of the car is asked to call either Crime Stoppers at (513) 352-3040 or the Boone County Sheriff’s Office at (859) 334-2175.
