NKY Chamber program designed to help attendees boost sales through social media engagement

Social media is a dominating part of everyday life for many, and it’s important for business owners to know how to use the platforms to their advantage. On Tuesday, April 24, The Northern Kentucky Chamber will host the Sales Essential Workshop “Five Steps to Boost Sales with Social Media” from 9:30-10:30am at the NKY Chamber (300 Buttermilk Pike, Suite 330) to help business owners better understand and utilize social media as a tool to reach customers.

Led by Michelle Hummel, Founder and CEO of Web Strategy Plus, attendees will learn how to create an impactful social media presence, reach their target audiences, build lasting relationships, and engage effectively, promptly, and consistently with customers online.

Hummel is a social media trainer with 15+ years of successful online business development sales, and marketing experience.

“Many customers turn first to social media sites to learn about local businesses,” said Debby Shipp, vice president, business growth & international trade at the NKY Chamber. “We’re excited to offer this workshop for our members to learn more about social media strategies and how it can help their businesses.”

The cost to attend “Five Steps to Boost Sales on Social Media” is $15 for Chamber members and $35 for future members.
