Presented by William E. Hesch, CPA, PFS, the workshop will cover topics including:

- Common tax planning mistakes
- How to save on taxes
- How not to fear an IRS audit
- Which type of pension plan may be best for the company and the owner
Succession Planning
- Common succession planning mistakes
- How to plan for the unexpected disability of a key employee or president in the company
- How to properly plan for the death and retirement of the president of the company
Estate Planning
- Common estate planning mistakes
- How to protect the family and the value of the business if the president dies or becomes disabled
- How to use a buy-sell agreement to transfer the ownership of the business to the next generation and protect the business from the in-laws
The Tax, Succession and Estate Planning Mistakes and How to Avoid Them workshop will run from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and will take place at The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce (300 Buttermilk Pike Suite 330).
