NKyTribune staff

The Latonia Business Association’s largest annual event is the Halloween Block Party.

Every October, the LBA – with the help of  many wonderful partners – host this entirely free family event.

It brings thousands of folks to the Ritte’s Corner area for a fun-filled day full of super-heroes, princesses, ghosts, witches, and other costumed children of all ages.

Supported by the businesses and friends of the Latonia Business Association, free lunch and treats are provided, a costume contest judged by local dignitaries and emceed by the real Ronald McDonald, games, information booths, a trick-or-treat line, and much fun is shared by local families.

This year’s Halloween Block Party is scheduled for October 21, 2:00 – 5:00 pm. The LBA hopes to see you there!

To volunteer on this project, contact Tom Mitchell at 859-431-3982 or  twprinting@fuse.net. The LBA always need great people to help make a great event.

The Latonia Business Association has a long history in Latonia going back to the early 1900’s. The LBA was revived in 2005, after a period of dormancy. The group holds monthly luncheon meetings which feature speakers on topics of interest to Latonia businesses, as well as an opportunity for networking.
