Behringer-Crawford Museum looking for volunteers for its annual, must-see Holiday Toy Trains exhibit

Ever wanted to be a train engineer? Do you love working with children? Do you have some spare time over the holidays?

Be part of Behringer-Crawford Museum’s most-beloved holiday event, the annual Holiday Toy Trains exhibit.

From November 11 to January 14, 2018, BCM’s vintage model trains will roll again, with 250 feet of track and more than 30 moving, interactive displays.

Each year, thousands of trains aficionados, excited schoolchildren and families visit the museum for this spectacular display.

What can you do? You can be an engineer, sending the Lionel, Plasticville and Thomas the Tank engine cars flying through model cities and snow-covered countrysides.

You can be a trains monitor, greeting guests and making sure they have a wonderful time.

No special experience is needed – just a desire to spread holiday cheer.

Your reward – the smiles on visitors’ faces and the knowledge that you are helping to preserve a 26-year Northern Kentucky tradition.

For more information or to volunteer, contact BCM’s Volunteer Coordinator Linda Schneider at lschneider@bcmuseum.org or 859-491-4003.
