Milestones is a therapeutic horsemanship program that presents opportunities for individuals with challenges to enhance their quality of life.

Milestones is a nationally accredited, nonprofit organization that strives to assist each rider to become an innovative and productive member of the community by building independence, self-confidence, and social skills in a safe, fun, loving environment. We do this through our Therapeutic Riding program which teaching horsemanship skills and basic grooming to individuals with diagnoses such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, traumatic brain injury, Spina Bifida, Down syndrome, etc.

In addition Milestones offer a Silver Saddles Program, which was founded as a means for the over 50 crowd to stay fit. Participants meet weekly with the goal of improving flexibility, balance and muscle tone, as well as general horsemanship. Milestones will provide over 2,000 hours of therapeutic riding in 2017.

Approximately 450 individuals attended The Mane Event in 2016.
