News briefs: Hemmer leads EPS renovation in Hebron; ‘State of NKY’ topic at Chamber Sept. Eggs ‘N Issues

Paul Hemmer Company is in the midst of a 50,000+ square-foot renovation for Team EPS in the Riverview Business Park in Hebron, situated on a plateau above the Ohio River with views of Cincinnati.

The project encompasses office space, production and manufacturing areas, along with a showroom. The completed space will relocate Team EPS from its current multi-tenant site in Erlanger and serves to meet the needs associated with their expanding business. The picturesque location, walking trails, and sidewalks tie in to the company’s dedication to a positive work environment.

Team EPS provides a full range of services to maintain prepress and print-on-demand environments. As the largest, privately-owned and operated platesetter service provider in the United States, Team EPS has serviced more than 2,500 customers around the world, helping them gain the maximum productivity, reliability and longevity from their prepress systems.

Construction began in the spring and is scheduled for completion in November. Gary Foreman is Hemmer’s project manager and Tim McNay is on site as the project’s superintendent. Randy Schultz of KZF Design, Inc. is the project architect.
