Ludlow’s Wynner’s Cup hosts spaghetti dinner Friday to raise funds for Xmas wreaths at Veterans Cemetery


State and local elected officials will be serving dinner and raising funds for Christmas wreaths that be placed on all graves at the  this Friday at Wynner’s Cup Cafe in Ludlow.

Wynner’s Cup Cafe is hosting the Sept. 29 spaghetti dinner from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Wynner’s Cafe, 301 Elm St. The $10 donation includes dinner and a Christmas wreath. Carryout dinners are also available.

Wynner’s Cup owner Ken Wynn is working with the non-profit group Wreaths For Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North (KVCN) on the benefit. State Sen.  will be guest servers.

“This is a very worthy cause, and we want to thank everyone in advance for taking the time to remember our veterans during the Christmas and holiday season,” said Wynn, who also serves as the mayor of Ludlow. “We can never forget the service and sacrifice of our veterans, and a grave site Christmas wreath is a simple yet important way to honor our veterans.”
