Gov. Bevin appoints Richard Crist, William Boggs to state Public Transportation Infrastructure Authority


Gov. Matt Bevin made the following appointments to Kentucky Boards and Commissions:

Richard Crist, Rebecca Ruby Swansburg, William Boggs and Jordan Lanham have been appointed to the Kentucky Public Transportation Infrastructure Authority.

• Richard Crist, of Florence, is a civil engineer and real estate developer. He will serve for a term expiring Oct. 1, 2020.

• Rebecca Ruby Swansburg, of Louisville, is chief marketing officer for Stonewood Financial. She will serve for a term expiring Oct. 1, 2020.

• William Boggs, of Maysville,
is an insurance agent with State Farm. He will serve for a term expiring Oct. 1, 2019.

• Jordan Lanham, of Philpot, is a project manager for Western Kentucky Minerals. He will serve for a term expiring Oct. 1, 2019.

The Kentucky Public Transportation Infrastructure Authority is an independent de jure municipal corporation and political subdivision of the Commonwealth.

The Authority was established by the General Assembly in 2009 to review, approve and monitor certain significant projects—within Kentucky and between Kentucky and Indiana—and, if necessary, to assist with the operation, financing and management of those projects.
