The Lucky For Life top prize winning ticket has been claimed.
The winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, opted to take the $5,750,000 cash option instead of the guaranteed $1,000 a day for life annuity prize.
The winning ticket – an image of which is attached – was sold at Go Time, located at 12056 Campton Road in Slade.
The store received a $73,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
