Chamber identifies finalists for its Business Impact Awards; winners celebrated on March 29


The NKY Chamber of Commerce will honor businesses at the Business Impact Awards on March 29 from 4–6 p.mm at Drees Pavilion.

The Business Impact Awards recognize businesses in our region making an impact through innovation, creativity, strong business practices and leadership in eight different categories – Micro Businesses, Small Businesses, Large Businesses, Manufacturing & Logistics, Bon Appetit, Community Champions, Cool Place to Work and the Vision Award.

The Micro Business category recognizes businesses with less than 10 employees making a positive impact in our region. The finalists in this category are Bexion, Spotted Yeti Media and Valet Coffee.

The Small Business category recognizes businesses with 11-50 employees making a positive impact in our region. The finalists in this category are Jolly Enterprises, OMEGA Processing Solutions and Perfection Landscaping & Design, Inc.

The Large Business category recognizes businesses with 50 or more employees making a positive impact in our region. The finalists in this category are HORAN, LPK (Libby Perzyk Kathman) and VonLehman CPA & Advisory Firm.

The Manufacturing & Logistics category recognizes companies that conduct business locally or internationally with a substantial presence in Northern Kentucky that best demonstrate the use of effective, lean methodologies and techniques. The finalists in this category are AquiSense Technologies, Darling Ingredients and Tyson Foods Inc.

The Bon Appetit category recognizes restaurants for business achievement and growth; excellence in service and quality of food, and an outstanding environment to host business meetings. The finalists in this category are Bouquet Restaurant, Pompilio’s Restaurant, and The Metropolitan Club.

The Community Champions category recognizes businesses that engage and give back to the community and value a strong diverse and inclusive workforce as part of their culture and values. The finalists in this category are Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, Nexigen and Rudler, PSC.

The Cool Place to Work category recognizes businesses that execute initiatives demonstrating innovative solutions to discover, grow, and maintain their workforce, fostering a culture where employees value their jobs and enjoy going to work. The finalists in this category are Divisions Maintenance Group, Ethos Laboratories and New Riff Distilling, LLC,

The Vision Award category recognizes organizations inspiring and delivering new thinking to the marketplace – businesses stepping into the unknown and delivering a new way of thinking. The finalists in this category are Beacon Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine and NKU Center for Applied Informatics and The Center for Great Neighborhoods.
