Boone County and the City of Florence will offer the traditional Christmas tree pickup and drop off services again this year. Times and dates are listed below.
Boone County and the City of Florence Christmas tree pick up service is scheduled for Wednesday, January 4, 2017
Boone County Public Works and City of Florence Public Services will run their snow routes to pick up your Christmas tree curbside between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Please have the tree set out no later than 7:00 a.m. The trees will be taken to a collection point and mulched.
Remember, if crews must run snow routes to treat roads that day, tree pickup will occur the day after the roads have been cleared.
Trees must be dropped off before 8 a.m. Saturday, January 7, 2017 at the following locations:
- Farmer’s Market on KY 18 and Camp Ernst
- Stringtown Park (one block west of Boone County High School)
- Union Pool (Old Union Rd.)
- Walton Park near back ball field
- Old Flicks parking lot at Tanner’s Station (on North Bend & Tanners)
