Republic Bank has announced the promotion of Jason Payne to Managing Director of the Northern Kentucky Market.
In this expanded roll, Payne will continue to be responsible for retail and residential mortgage growth in Northern Kentucky as well as mentoring a team of local lenders.

When Payne joined Republic Bank in 2011, he combined his residential mortgage knowledge while learning commercial banking to quickly become one of the top producers in the market. More recently he has taken over the leadership role of Republic Bank’s retail team in addition to residential mortgage oversight.
Payne received his bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and his MBA from Thomas More College. He has over 13 years experience in the financial industry.
Payne will be working out of the Florence and Covington offices.
He currently resides in Union with his wife Stacy and 2 children.
