Activities include gardening advice from a master gardener, children’s games, fitness with Dave Smith, massages by Flourish, and health screenings.

Classes offered throughout the fair include “Yoga with Tina,” “Turbo Kick with Lisa,” “Jamz with Kelly,” and a food demo by St. Elizabeth Healthcare.

Stroke and cardiovascular screenings will also be offered. There is a cost for the screenings — $25 each — and they should be scheduled by calling 859-301-WELL.

The role of LiveWell NKY is to ignite an uprising within the community to build a movement toward a culture of health.

LiveWell NKY, an initiative of Skyward, will recognize and award communities, worksites and faith-based organizations bronze/silver/gold status based on their implementation of policies and environmental changes that drive improved health.

Individuals can also “take the pledge” to become LiveWell NKY ambassadors and find the tools, resources and support to change behavior and lead healthier lifestyles.
