Northern Kentucky residents that are ready to take charge of diabetes can get some help.
The Northern Kentucky Health Department’s certified and licensed diabetes educators will provide a free Diabetes Self Management Education course in Campbell County Saturday (8/27).
The class is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Central Campbell County Fire House, 4113 Alexandria Pike in Alexandria.
The class includes free lunch and a diabetes tool kit. It’s open to those who provide support to people with diabetes as well, including friends and family members.
