The information was provided by Terri B. DeAtley, director policy administration and legal analysis in the Office of General Counsel for KCTCS.

They include one at 1025 Amsterdam Road in Covington. It is about 22 acres with three buildings that contain about 8,500 square feet of classroom, office and shop space and four small storage buildings The back of the property has a “commanding, elevated view” of the Cincinnati skyline, said the advertised description of the property.

The other piece is located at 1030 Old State Road in Park Hills and is 3.9 acres with one building containing 34,800 square feet that is currently vacant and is adjacent to the first property.

The properties are deeded separately but were to be sold together.

KCTCS has not yet taken a “final action as to the disposition of the property,’ DeAtley said.
