“Networking isn’t a new phenomenon,” says Throckmorton,”but, we often lose sight of the true value effective networking can do for us.

“It is critical for us to create our own personal brand and leverage our network to build relationships inside and outside of work that will help us attain true career success.”

At the event attendees will experience an informative and highly interactive session and will leave with tools to help them create a personal brand and a strategy to leverage networking to implement it.

Throckmorton is co-author of Bridging the Generations Gap and author of Critical Touch Points of Recruitment. She has been an adjunct faculty member of the University of Cincinnati and Xavier University. She was also recognized as a winner of the Glass Ceiling Award by the Ohio Diversity Council in 2013.
